1. The service

PROVIA Portal ("PROVIA", "we") provides a cloud service that lets a company store its documents, receive expiry reminders, and connect with third-party PRO service providers. By creating an account you agree to these terms.

2. Free trial & billing

New companies receive a 30-day free trial with no card required. After the trial, the service is billed monthly from your company wallet based on the number of documents you store, per the pricing shown in the portal. VAT is applied where applicable. You may cancel at any time.

3. Your content

You retain full ownership of the documents you upload. You grant PROVIA only the limited rights needed to store, display and process them to provide the service. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of what you upload.

4. PRO connections

PROVIA may help you reach independent PRO service providers. Those providers are not employees or agents of PROVIA; any engagement, fees and outcomes are strictly between you and the provider. PROVIA is a facilitator, not a party to that engagement.

5. Reminders are a convenience

Expiry reminders are provided to help you, but the legal responsibility to keep your documents valid remains yours. PROVIA is not liable for fines or losses arising from a missed renewal, though we work hard to prevent them.

6. Acceptable use

Do not use PROVIA for unlawful content, to infringe others' rights, or to attempt to breach the platform's security. We may suspend accounts that do.

7. Changes & governing law
