Your documents are among your most sensitive assets. We treat them that way. This policy explains what we collect and how we protect it, in line with UAE data-protection principles.

What we collect

• Account details: company name, emirate, contact name, phone and email.
• Documents you upload and the expiry dates read from them.
• Usage and security data needed to run the service safely.

How we use it

Only to provide the service: store your documents, calculate and send expiry reminders, produce invoices, and — at your request — connect you with a PRO. We do not sell your data.

Security

Documents are stored encrypted, with strict per-company access control, optional two-factor authentication and fingerprint login, and continuous safeguards against unauthorised access. Only your company can access your company's documents.

Sharing

We share data only with the service providers needed to run PROVIA (e.g. secure cloud hosting, payment and messaging providers), and with a PRO only when you choose to connect. We never share your documents for advertising.

Your rights

You can access, correct, export or delete your data. Deleted documents wait in a recycle bin before permanent removal. To exercise any right, contact us at info@provia.top.

Retention

We keep your documents for as long as your account is active. If you close your account, you can export your documents first; after that they are securely deleted per our retention schedule.
